At Krowned Devine Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your wig or hair bundles, we offer the following return policy:
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the hair is in its original, unused condition. This means it must not be washed, combed, worn, or altered in any way.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different texture, length, or color, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, wigs and hair bundles that have been opened, worn, or tampered with are non-returnable.
Restocking Fee
A small restocking fee may apply to returns or exchanges.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Standard shipping days is 3-5 business day.
